First harvest: Rocket

Lots of the rocket has shot up quickly from sweet baby seedlings to peppery flowering plants. Making lunch for tomorrow, thought instead of adding lettuce and pepper to the beef and tabbouleh rissole sandwich, i can add peppery lettuce (mature rocket) in form of our first organic rocket harvest! Yay!!!

First harvest: Baby Carrot

More like a stunted premature pygmy dwarf midget carrot raised by smoking pregnant woman… But it was fresh and tasty, suits me so much quicker to eat, two bites and chews.
